We Ship WORLDWIDE, We have many customers overseas. We commonly ship to The US, New Zeland, Spain, Dubai, Austrailia, Sweden, Germany, Korea, and many more.
How do I know the cost of international shipping?
If you wish to know the cost of sending an international order, please place the order using our online order form, we will email you the shipping cost quote within 1 business day (BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER). Please check your email – customers who do not respond within 7 days will have the order cancelled. WE WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER Once we receive your email or phone APPROVAL.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed on the SAME business day if they are receive BEFORE 2pm. If an order is receive AFTER 2pm, it will be processed on the NEXT business day. All Items may not be in stock at the time of your order. Your order, and its selected shipping method is processed if item is in stock only after you are contacted. All Items may not be in stock at Revenge Cycle at the time of your order. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
SHIPPING SIGNATURES
Our agreement with Fedex states that all packages do NOT require a signature for packages being shipped. If you do not feel it is safe to leave the package please request signature required.
CLAIMS
All merchandise is inspected, and is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damage via transit, you should immediately notify the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...). ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damaged part(s) to Revenge Cycle for shipping related damage.
RETURNS
All returns must be within 30 days. A return authorization (R.A.) number must be first obtained by calling our shipping department at 1.831.637.5151. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements with Revenge Cycle Staff. 100% store credit will be allowed on most in stock returns. All return shipments must be prepaid. Please note that electrical items, books, CDs, bearings, video tapes, personalized, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable.
